At Lime Rainbow we deliver a true transdisciplinary approach that places the participant at the centre of everything we do.
We have built an integrated team of Behaviour Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Key Workers to collaborate closely to ensure that support is holistic, seamless, and tailored to each individual. By working across disciplines, we reduce duplication and enhance outcomes through shared knowledge and consistent, coordinated care. This approach ensures that every aspect of a participant’s development - emotional, social, physical, and communication - is addressed with a unified strategy.
In addition, we offer Short and Medium Term Accommodation options for participants requiring respite or who are awaiting long-term housing, providing safe, supportive environments where care continues in line with their NDIS goals. At Lime Rainbow, we are committed to empowering participants through person-centred, flexible, and responsive support.
