Why Lime Rainbow?

We are a little bit different and different is good!

All of our staff come from an Inclusion or Educator background with years of experience. We focus on those early years and young adult years that are difficult not only for the children but for parents to navigate.

As ardent supporters of Disability, Diversity and Inclusion, Eisha and the Lime Rainbow team work with young people of various needs such as autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, anger and other behaviours, assisting their ability to thrive in home, school and social environments.

Our Remote Work

After working in remote and rural schools as a Special Education teacher and executive, Eisha would spend weekends connecting families to telehealth services for school children who otherwise had 6 months or more to see a pediatrician to assist in gaining diagnosis’ and NDIS funding. This showed the lack of access to behaviour support and services for families of children with special needs in these locations and on returning to her roots in Western Sydney, Lime Rainbow was born to assist families and their support teams in Sydney but with a focus to work with those in remote and rural areas of Australia where we work with remote Indigenous health organisations and communities to provide services.
